Watershed Year - Panel on the Floods of 2008 at State Historical Society

Join Senator Rob Hogg for "A Watershed Year" which will include presentations and a panel discussion on lessons learned from the floods of 2008 on Tuesday, March 9, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m., at the Iowa State Historical Society, 600 East Locust Street, in Des Moines.  This event marks the release of a new book, "A Watershed Year," edited by Connie Mutel of the University of Iowa.  In addition to Connie Mutel, speakers include Jerry Schnoor, Kamyar Enshayan, Lt.
